How Do I Pre-Qualify?

Ramble & Rose offers apartment homes to applicants whose household income falls within the Area Median Income (AMI) ranges listed below. To apply for this program, please submit your application for the desired unit or contact our leasing office.

Ramble & Rose welcomes applicants participating in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP), commonly known as Section 8. In accordance with Texas Local Government Code 394.9026, Ramble & Rose does not deny tenancy solely because an applicant receives rental assistance through the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Voucher holders are encouraged to apply for residency. Applicants utilizing Housing Choice Vouchers will be evaluated using the property's standard screening criteria and leasing policies, subject to applicable law and program requirements. Income and eligibility determinations for voucher participants will be made in accordance with Texas Local Government Code 394.9026 and applicable Housing Choice Voucher Program regulations.

Ramble & Rose affirmatively markets available units to Housing Choice Voucher participants and works with local housing authorities in connection with voucher-assisted tenancy.
